BIT is led by Wilder Ramírez Delgado, data scientist, AI architect, and technology consultant with more than 20 years of experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, big data, and systems architecture. He led the technical development of MinTIC's SIAT system for over a decade, with more than 750 accumulated technical audits, and is currently training as an AI Management Systems auditor under ISO/IEC 42001.
He is an electronic engineer from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, trained in Machine Learning at MIT, and has taught graduate-level analytics and AI for more than a decade (Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia).
